Red Clover has been shown to reduce the spread of prostate malignancy by accelerating the cell death rate of malignant prostate cells.

The digital rectal exam is a simple method that can be done by most physicians in their office and can help screen for possible abnormalities. Checking the blood for Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) is another exam that can be measured by your primary care physician or urologist.
