This penile implant was developed to provide men with a permanent enhancement option. While Penuma® is reversible, most men are highly satisfied with the results. It is constructed of medical-grade silicone, which is similar to implants used in other cosmetic enhancements, including silicone chin and buttock implants. Results may vary, and all possible risks, complications, benefits, and alternatives, including no surgery, will be discussed in advance.

An initial consultation with one of our personal consultants followed by a consultation with Dr. Elist will help you to assess whether this procedure is right for you.

The Penuma® implant comes in various sizes. Dr. Elist will determine the size, length, and girth that is safe for you based on your circumstances. All implants are customized in the operating room for the individual patient and are designed to maximize results in a safe manner.
During your Penuma® surgery, the implant will be placed under the penile skin through a small incision made at the base of the penis or scrotum. The implant is situated along the shaft of the penis above the corpus cavernosum. The expected duration of the procedure is typically less than an hour.
During your consultation with Dr. Elist, he will go over all possible complications, risks, benefits, as well as surgical and non-surgical alternatives. Please keep this in mind when reviewing before and after photographs, as well as viewing and reading testimonials from other patients.
Patients will have follow-up exams after their Penuma® surgery to ensure that all aspects of recovery are coming along well. A detailed list of potential complications, risks, benefits, and alternatives, including no surgery, will be discussed in advance.
