Metro UK: Penis implant gives you an extra 2.5 inches in length and girth

If you have a small willy there might be some hope for you.

This video shows how your tiny penis could be increased by up to 2.5 inches through a silicone implant that is put under the skin.
It might not look comfortable but urologist Dr James Elist swears it’s perfectly safe and has been performing the procedure since 2004.

‘Nobody wants to have a small or medium one,’ the Beverly Hills based doctor told Mail Online.
‘My implant is different; it’s not filled with anything. The material is very soft silicone with the shape of the penis – which covers the penis for 270 degrees around and the whole length of the penis.’
If you’re willing to pay the £9,000 fee for the 45-minute operation you will have a choice between Large (L), extra large (XL) and double extra large (XXL).
But there’s a small catch.
You won’t be able to have sex or masturbate for up to six weeks.

And you also need to have a lot of skin if you want to get the biggest implant.
‘Some patients, unfortunately, are born with tight skin – or when they had the circumcision, a lot of skin was removed, so they don’t have enough skin. So for them we start with large,’ Dr Elist added.
